Goals Advance a research agenda which investigates child welfare and children’s mental health issues Improve communication among child welfare and children’s mental health researchers, providers, and policymakers Provide a forum for an exploration of research design and methods Translate and disseminate research findings to strengthen practices which support families and communities and are responsive to cultural diversity Build partnerships based on mutual respect to support a common agenda
